Summit Work-a-thon Address Form

Thank you, Summit parents, for your commitment to Work-a-thon. The letter drive is the most successful portion of the Work-a-thon fundraising effort. The goal is for each Summit family to send addresses of at least 15 folks. Include church and work associates, family, and family friends. If every Summit family raises $200, we will raise over $25,000!
